Curtis is well known in the Houston real estate market as
someone who knows remodeled homes and new construction. His
main business is locating properties for his clients to
renovate or to tear down and redevelop. This niche market
has helped him grow his personal sales to over $12 million
annually. Although this is and always will be his
main focus, he has sold properties ranging from starter
homes to million-plus Bellaire properties to rural land.
One of Curtis’ favorite sayings comes from the oft-quoted
Chinese philosopher Confucius:
“Man starve to death waiting for roast duck to fly into
mouth.”
“This means that we can’t sit around waiting for things to
happen. If we want to achieve our dreams and attain success,
it is up to us to get up and do something”, he says.
Curtis puts this philosophy to work every day. He was named
a “Top Producer” by the
Houston Association of Realtors in
only his first full year as a Realtor, and has been building
his sales and widening his client base ever since.
In addition to selling homes, Curtis is an avid hunter and
fisherman. He is also the Director of Instrumental Music at
Tallowood Baptist Church, where he conducts the orchestra
and jazz ensemble. He lives in the Westbury area with his
wife Amy and two beautiful daughters.
